Move-in Condition Form - Read the Tenant information and move-in condition form. After moving in, fill out the move-in condition part of the form, noting any damage to your dwelling. Return the completed form to Acona Properties within 7 days of moving in.

Maintenance Requests - Click on the Contact Us link and call or email the appropriate party for routine maintenance requests.

Emergencies - Call 911 for any police or fire emergency. For plumbing, electrical, or other repair emergencies, click on the Contact Us link and call the appropriate party.

Notice to Vacate - After the expiration of a lease, a tenant must give 30 days written notice when moving out in order to ensure the return of a security deposit. The notice to vacate must include the last date of occupancy and a forwarding address for receiving the security deposit refund. When moving out, the tenant should return all keys, and any other items that were issued to the tenant, such as garage door openers.
