How to Apply

After finding a property that you want to rent, first fill out an application. Click here for an application in PDF format. If you cannot open the application, you will need to download Adobe Reader from
www.adobe.com.

You will also need to read, print out and sign the
Tenant Qualification Criteria and Privacy Policy. This document explains what criteria you need to meet (income, credit history, employment, rental history, criminal convictions) in order to rent an apartment or house.

After filling out the application, deliver the application and the Tenant Qualification Criteria. You can deliver these documents by fax, or scan and deliver them by email, or deliver them in person. Click on the Contact Us link on the left for the appropriate email, fax, and physical address.

You will also need to pay an application fee in the amount noted on the rental ad. The application fee must be paid by Money Order or Cashier's Check. Or to pay on-line, click on the "Buy Now" button to pay with a credit card. On-line application payments are processed by PayPal.

Once your application has been approved, we will contact you to sign a lease and schedule a move-in date. Your security deposit and pet deposit must be paid in certified funds when the lease is signed.

On the move-in date, you will need to pay any pro-rated rent and any other deposits or fees required.
