Acona Properties provides leasing and property management services in the Austin, Texas area. We find and screen tenants for single family homes, duplexes, and small multi-unit complexes. We perform standard rent collection, accounting and income reporting functions. And we seek to preserve the appearance and integrity of our clients' properties through careful scrutiny of tenants and prompt attention to maintenance.
But maintenance by itself is never enough. At Acona Properties, we acknowledge that a property may decline in desirability if it merely stays the same year after year while properties around it improve. We will work with clients to suggest and execute upgrades to ensure that clients’ properties remain attractive homes for desirable tenants, while being mindful of budgetary goals.
